1. Reach out — We start with a conversation about your situation and what you're looking to sell
2. Drop off your items — Schedule a drop-off at our Holly facility. For larger estates where drop-off isn't practical, we can discuss pickup or moving service options
3. We handle everything — Our team sorts, photographs, and catalogs every item with a professional listing and accurate description
4. Your items go live — Lots are placed in one of our weekly online auctions, reaching bidders from across Michigan and beyond
5. You get paid — After the auction closes we handle payment collection and ship directly to buyers. You receive a full settlement report and your proceeds
6. Track it all — Consignors have access to a dedicated portal to review listings, suggest edits, and view your settlement report in real time
